How and when can I return:

We operate a 30 day returns policy, which means you have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return. After this notification you have another 14 days to actually return it. You can then expect a refund for your returned product within a maximum of 14 days.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than is necessary to sell the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So handle the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returned.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first submitting a return request will not be accepted.

Damage and problems with a product:

Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at hoi@commedeuxenfants.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can assess and resolve the problem.
